Eastender Backpackers

Eastender Backpackers offers clean, cosy and affordable accommodation for families with children to international backpackers. It is located at a farm so there are many animals around. Four lovely wooden cabins provide private accommodation for a family of 4. The two bigger rooms offer shared backpacker accommodation. Alternatively you can pitch your tent or park the campervan.

The communal kitchen/lounge area provides all cooking facilities, a log fire, lazy couches and a TV/DVD. The bathroom has two hot showers and two toilets. There is an outside barbeque area and an outside fire place. For groups of 4 people or more we provide steam Hangi evening meals ($13 pp). These meals need to be booked in advance. The accommodation is very suitable for groups up to 30 people. For groups the backpackers offers a specific price package.

Dorm (price $23 pp, child <12 years $18)

We have 2 dorms that each sleep 8 people. The rooms have heaters and the bunk beds are fully made.

Cabin (price $25 pp, double exclusively $60 total, child <12 years $18)

Four wooden cabins sleep 4 people. These cabins are also be booked as doubles. The beds are also fully made.

Eastender Backpackers is part of the Budget Backpacker Hostels (BBH) Association. Members receive a discount conform the BBH Guide.
